New sales role for Joyce graduate Alex Cole

Alex Cole joined Joyce Foam Products in 2017 as part of the company’s successful graduate program. 

Though his focus was on marketing and sales, he was also directly involved in other facets of the business, from logistics to production and customer service.

“I had the opportunity to work with both internal and external stakeholders. This helped me learn a lot about Joyce and our key drivers of innovation. This also taught me to have a customer-centric focus,” explains Alex.

Alex’s experience at Joyce will prepare him well for his new role as NSW Sales Representative.

“Since 2017, I’ve learnt how the company operates and how we service our customers. I’ve discovered there are a multitude of uses for foam – some I would never have imagined before. Between bedding, packaging, filtration and acoustics, the range of applications is really impressive. It’s always exciting to see how customers use our foam to create a unique finished product.”

In his new sales role, Alex intends to tailor his approach to suit the needs of each customer.

“I hope my clients will see me as a strategic partner. Looking at their business holistically, I’d like to help find new ways to drive results for their business.”
