Mary Friend is our Customer Service Manager. Mary has worked at Joyce for 5 years and leads our team of dedicated service specialists.
Mary has particular responsibility for clients who are nation-wide.

Of course customer service doesn’t only reside with the Customer Service Team. Whether it’s production, sales, logistics or management, every person at Joyce is there to support our clients.
Backing up our customer service team is our online Customer Service Portal. Our Customer Service Portal is being developed by new IT Manager Joe Scibilia and will be launched shortly. This will give you online access to the status of your order via the Joyce Website.
