After three years of construction, Joyce Foam is thrilled to announce the completion of our newest manufacturing facility in Adelaide! This achievement signifies our commitment to business continuity and greater manufacturing capabilities, as we continue our dedication to provide the greatest products and service to our valued customers.

Joyce Foam Adelaide Facility in Edinburgh North, South Australia

Our Adelaide facility spans an area of 50,000 square metres and is equipped with state of the art foam conversion equipment. This machinery not only ensures efficient production, but also the highest standards of quality and customisation. Most importantly, we are introducing our second Variable Pressure Foam (VPF) line, which takes centre stage in the new facility.

Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do, VPF technology is a method of manufacturing foam, which significantly reduces Co2 emissions and requires no Auxiliary Blowing Agents (ABA’s) such as methylene chloride. Joyce is the only foam manufacturer in Australia with a VPF. We are proud to set a new environmental standard in our industry and continue leading the way towards a more sustainable future.

Greater Product Offerings

Joyce offers the widest variety of foams in Australia, with 70+ unique grades. With two VPF’s, our manufacturing capacity has significantly expanded. This allows us to meet growing demand and more importantly provide our customers with greater access to our foam products.

New Testing Facilities

In addition to our manufacturing facility, we are also implementing a new testing facility. Here, we conduct quality control testing, ensuring that all of our foam complies with our stringent quality standards before releasing to the market. We conduct comprehensive tests for hardness, density, resilience, durability, flammability, and more. We also pursue Research and Development (R&D) here to continue innovating and uncovering new products to release into the market.
